A beautiful morning to be social and head south to the Whistle Stop for a coffee and a bit of grub. This ride was led today by Andrew Nash accompanied by Greg Hockey, Cathy Hockey and Paul Beeby. Special mention to the mechanic Mr Hockey who helped another group and then fixed a flat belonging to Mrs Hockey on the home stretch.

The last race of the Bribie Tri season was held on March 24. A number of LTC members took place, some for the their first triathlon. Jack Fletcher took 3rd place in his first tri. Several Logan Tri Club members competed in the Mooloolaba Olympic distance tri, which is also the National Championship for this event. Raby Bay Round 7 saw a number of members from the Logan Tri Club compete in an array of events. Series win by Darren Ryan and Mark Haynes (represented by the club flag in the photo) claimed 3rd. Well done to everyone who competed today it was great to see you all out having a go. Jourdain representing the Club at Coffs - looking strong in the rainy conditions! |
